Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of castor sugar
- juice of 2 to 3 lemons or oranges
Instructions
- Put the water into a microwave jug and cook on high for 1 minute and stir.
- Add any flavouring and allow to cool.
- Brush onto cakes as soon as they come out of the oven.
Notes
Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.
