What you’ll need
20 x Drops of Flavour Nation Mixed Berries flavouring
8 x Drops of Flavour Nation liquid sweetener
6 x Tablespoons chia seeds
2 x Cups coconut milk or almond milk
Mixed berries to garnish
Makes 2 breakfast servings
Method
Simply add the chia seeds, coconut milk/almond milk, flavour drops and sweetener together and give it a good stir. If you’re making this recipe in a large jar, pop the lid on and give all the ingredients a jolly shake-up together. Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes and give it another good shake, or whisk up with a fork to break up any chia seed clumps that may have formed. Refrigerate for at least 1 – 2 hours so that the chia seeds have time to swell beautifully, garnish with mixed berries and enjoy!
