I started out baking in 2018, as I always had a love for art – colour and beautiful elegant objects, and pieces. I fell in love with baking, as I could bring my artistic side into my cakes and show cast the different type of designs and colours one could use in caking. I left my full time career, won a few baking competitions and went on to become a cake artist, and I am loving every minute of it, and I am growing with every cake that leaves my door step. My speciality is wedding and novelty cakes.
Favourite flavour: Mixed Berries
I use Flavour Nation flavours in ALL my baking! But mainly my buttercreams and fondant. I have been using Flavour Nation since 2018!
